Wow, what a GREAT first two Days. We have blended our five groups and we are one great, big family!
As soon as we cleared customs in Canada, we were greeted by our cheerful Field Manager Ms. Geneva. We were given plenty of time to use the restrooms and enjoyed a snack.
Next we headed to our Coach, loaded up our luggage, picked up lunch and took it to the park for a picnic. We enjoyed our picnic lunch of delicious tacos and even saved our left overs to share with those less fortunate.
After lunch we saw and learned about some Totem Poles............Too Be continued it is time to head to breakfast...but first an update....
As a complete delegation we have decided on Phone Call home Guide Lines.... it is 3 or 3 and 8 to 8....
Let me explain...students can choose to call home either every 3 days for an unlimited amount of minutes (if available and parent approved) or EVERY day but for only 3 minutes per phone call. We wants students to get the most out of their travel and be in the moment of the program. (and avoid homesickness!)
